Notice of Eddy County Commission Special Meeting/ Hearing
The Eddy County Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 3:50 p.m. in the Eddy County Commission Room on the following:

1. 3:50 p.m.: Hearing on Resolution Appeal Per N.D.C.C. § 11-33-10
a. Statement on How Hearing Will Proceed
b. Open Hearing
c. Hearing on Danduran Appeal (5 Minutes)
d. Discussion and Action on Proposed Action to be Taken

2. 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.: Listen to and Participate in Livestock Planning Final Report for ND Region 3 (Eddy, Cavalier, Ramsey, Rolette, and Towner Counties)
a. This event will highlight key insights from the analysis and provide a platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities in livestock development.


A copy of the appeal referenced herein is available for inspection and copying with the Eddy County Auditor in the County Courthouse during normal business hours.
